If you expand the "Build Specifications" section of your project, there's an option for "FRC Robot Boot-up Deployment" You'll want to build that and deploy it to your roboRIO.
If you didn't see this before you bagged your robot, you should still be able to deploy your code when you get on site even if the robot doesn't boot up with the code already running.
