I am trying to help another team who lost their programming support at the end of last year - but maybe not doing very well...
The simple goal was to re-image their cRio to switch from Windriver to Labview and change the cRio IP address to my teams to communicate with our laptop. (I have successfully imaged 2 cRios and have had them running fine over the past 2 years)
Here's is where I am:
I connect their cRio with a crossover cable to my laptop.
I run the cRio imaging tool and it finds the cRio mac address.
I check the Labview box as well as the run code at startup box.
I also checked the format box and set the team number to our team number (2067) to be compatible with my laptop IP address settings (10.20.67.6,subnet 255.0.0.0)
Run the imaging tool - (image is FRC_2010_v20.zip) after several minutes running through each step it says it successfully has run - and I can see the IP address is updated (10.20.67.2) on the cRio.
After rebooting - the driver station indicates the communication is fine - but that there is no Robot Code.
I can run Labview from my laptop through the cRio - tethered - and it will drive the robot fine.
But when I build the code and deploy it (Run as startup) it appears to go through the normal steps - but after rebooting the cRio it indicates: No Robot Code.
Any help to understand why it is not holding the code is appreciated.

Hi page.2067,
Double check to see if the No App dip switch has been flipped. If this is in the on position, it'll prevent any code from running.
Another thing to try is instead of building the code and deploying it, open Robot Main.vi and just click the run arrow. Does the cod at least run in this set up?
