How to get LabVIEW Educational Version for programming the Mini-bot

The FRC KOP contains LabVIEW 8.6 Professional Development System and with FRC updates displays "FRC Edition 2011".  This is used for programming the cRIO controller and cannot be used to program the NXT controller for the Mini-bot.

How do we go about getting a copy of LabVIEW Educational Edition for the NXT controller so we can program our FRC Mini-bot?

Have you tried loading the NXT LabVIEW add-on?

Hi Jon,

That is an awesome idea.  Thanks for taking the blinders away thinking we had to use the NXT.  I was wondering why the FIRST Choice FTC Mini Kit excluded the HiTechnic DC motor controller.  Now I know why
