LabVIEW Trajectory Library (and more) WPILib port V1.4

I posted a new version of this library.  It contains a direct port of most of the WPILIB Java/C++ functionality, except for the I/O portion which LabVIEW already had. 

Except for bug fixes, and probably some more samples, the library is complete.

Hello

I moved the WPILIB trajectory port library to github.  One repository is for the library and install fiels.  The other is for utilities, samples, and test programs.  The new links are:
