Licensing on the VxWorks C library

Hi all!

I'd like to find out what the licensing on the contents of updated_vxworks63gccdist.zip file that is available on the NI FTP. I was wondering if I could take files out and release them seperately.

AKA, are any of the following ok:

• extract some files, but not all files, and package them up in a new archive distributable to teams
• extract all files, and package them up in a new archive
• package the entire zip, and distribute the new archive with embedded zip
