My cRIO ll can't imagine

Hello i´m member of the rookie team 4723

since the last week, we were trying to imagine our cRIO ll with the imaging tool but when format the device, the Imagin Tool says that our cRIO (10.47.23.2) can´t be unreachable and its probabli that we are in other subnet.

I don't belive that, because we have reconfigurated the IPV 4, a tons of times

Please, do you know what is happen, we need to run the cRIO for make a lot of proves

Do you have multiple network cards enabled on your computer? If so disable all except for the one that the cRIO is plugged into. What IP address are you setting for your computer?  Try setting it to a static IP of something like 10.47.23.11 with a subnet of 255.0.0.0.  Are you directly connecting to the cRIO or going through the bridge? Try directly connecting.
