USB Camera doesn't display image after mandatory 2016.1.0 update

USB camera worked fine before recent mandatory update. I get green LED on dashboard and it appears like it gets communication but will not display on dashboard.

What language are you programming in? Several Java teams have needed to activate their Vision Devlopment Module with the 2016 serial number before they were able to complete the update.
