can't find robotc for lego mindstorm

I need help on where I can find robotc for lego mindstorm for version 3.42 since I have a version 3.42 license.

here is 3.64 download. http://www.robotc.net/download/nxt/ - it seems like the licences for 3.42 should work for 3.64

I tired downloading the 3.62 version but got an error
