Aaron:
Thank you! So far a very successful patch!
I performed the windows patch, started up LabVIEW, and the 'Help About' status checks now confirm: LVLM 12.0.1 f5; NXT Module SP1 f3; and MCT 2013-2014 f1
Successful fixes range
Still outstanding issues:
Upon visual inspection of the vi, everything looks great! Now I'll be testing after deploying to the NXT. (Primarily to check out issues regarding LOOPing problems I've heard about.)
THANK YOU!
UPDATE: Apparently the 'DC Motor' Block' has been designed to work for Lego Motor references. I haven't tried it yet but will.

Aaron:
I have started a thread regarding another outstanding issue, that NI was under the impression still worked. It is regarding the 'Update Firmware' behavior.
The required FCS files 'Program Chooser' and 'Samostat' are not loading in like they did last season.
Even more disturbing is that the 'NXTShell.rxe' is not being placed on it either. Should we add that too? And if so, from where? It sounds like it might be an important file.
There are many posts offering some work arounds; but, I'm hoping that when you see the description you'll recognize it as something easy to fix.
Thank You.
UPDATE: Here is the easy way to get this 'shell' file, along with Program Chooser and Samostat: http://ftcforum.usfirst.org/showthread.php?2331-Program-Chooser-Samostat-NXTShell-LabVIEW&p=7857#pos...

Should I be getting an error installing on Mac? It says it can't install because it is from an unknown developer. The previous version installed without error.
I can override and install, but shouldn't have to.

Hi ABean,
That is interesting that you're seeing that error. We will add it to the list of things to look into. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
