Problem: Device is not cleared

Dear Sirs,

I got a problem when taking the link online and it refused me to assign a device to online interface.

One of my devices, which is Rosemount TT0644, is always shown "NIF_ERR_DEVICE_NOT-CLEARED" as blow:

So I try to find if there is certain parameter to refuse my changes of the device.

I set "Not Locked" in WRITE_LOOK of Resource Block.

Unfortunately, it seems not to be the right way to solve the problem because my change of Tag still doesn't work.

It appears to be the same error.

Is there anyone to assist me? Thanks a lot.

Hi aarontseng,

1. Are you able to download a schedule (with only its own FB's) into the device in question with the option Clear Devices (in Download Configuration)?

2. Please double check if the DD profile you selected is correct.
