2 more new messages than replies?

In the LabVIEW forum, I saw this thread in the table.

How can I have 5 new messages and only 3 replies?  Of course of those messages would be the original itself.  But that still leaves one other new message that is not considered a reply.  I don't think I've ever seen that before.

EDIT:

I'm going to guess it is some sort of race condition in the forum count.  Looking at the last message, it says message 5 of 4.  Later when I refreshed the thread, it said 5 of 5.  The table level of the forum now says there are 4 replies.

Hi RavensFan,

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.  I did some investigating on this issue and found we had a system update that day. This update caused the numbers to be off until the system could catch up.
