Allow Kudos on locked threads

I was just browsing on a private archived board.   I ran across an excellent post and tagged it so, I can read it again when I need that piece of trivia. 

Tagging is allowed.  Kudos are not.   Seams like an oversight.

You should be able to give kudos to posts that are locked from new replies.

Can you please provide the link of where you encountered this? If it's private, please send it via PM.

I marked my own reply as both spam and the solution.

The board that the post is in is a bit different than a standard board. It has denied permissions to prevent users from interacting with posts. Whereas, a normal locked topic (such as this one) can still be kudoed.

I've changed this though for that particular board so you can now kudos posts there.
