I do not see your attached image..  Do you see an image?

I also fail to see the point of the unread discussions module. The point was for us to see unread discussion that we participated in. The current version is useless.

Curiosity question which I may have missed in the ocean of text preceeding this post...

Why do some posts appear grey?

In some threads, the posts alternate between white and a light shade of blue.

All of a sudden, there is one grey post.  So far, it's eiter the first or last post. 

Just curious and too lazy to read everything.  😉

EDIT:

For instance, the last time I saw my post preceeding this one, it was grey.  Now they are both white.

The attachment issue had been cleared up last night, but is now back.  I'm contacting Lithium ASAP to look into it.  I'll reply to the rest of the feedback as the day goes on.

I should add that along with attachments not currently working, some images like avatars and images you've uploaded since the issue started are not showing up.  They are still there, I'm working with Lithium to provide a fix.

It seemed to me when I clicked an email this morning, I wasn't automatically signed in like I used to be, thus not marking the discussion as read.  Is this actually the case?  If so can it be switched back?

I'm going to have to disagree with tst and Ray.  The ability to view all unread discussions (not just ones I've participated in) is a big plus for me.  Now I can unsubscribe from the Idea Exchange, and not get those 20-30 emails a day, so I can keep up with the latest and greatest discussions.

Edit: Wait, I don't see Unread Discussions for the Idea exchange.  Is it there?  Where?

Also, I'm not having any issues with fonts?  What browsers are you all using?  Why are you using IE still?

• Overall, I have to agree that I don't really like the new look. The fonts are way too big. Meh. I'll get used to it, just like all the other times I've had to get used to someone else's idea of what looks good.
• I noticed the dropdown on the top right of the message composition is cut off (image here, but may not show because of problems with attachments).
  
  • I also don't like the Post button being on the right.
  • When I insert a link the cursor is placed at the end of the first text box. This may be just because of the way I do it, but I normally type the text, select it, and then click on the link button. I could have sworn that previously the Link URL textbox was highlighted first.
  • On the plus side, the annoying as all hell delete that extra character when backspacing bug in Firefox seems to be gone. Woo-hoo!!!

A WARNING to all Firefox users who have NoScript installed: Make sure you include lithium.com in your list of sites for which to accept scripts. Otherwise, the editor will NOT work properly.

Well, I found one bug with attachments:

I was creating one message and added an attachment. I did not click the Post button. While composing it I decided I needed to reply to another message and clicked the reply for that thread in another tab. This second reply had no attachment. I clicked Post on this second reply. That message showed up with the attachment. When I finally clicked Post on the first reply it also showed up with an attachment.

Found another bug.

If you change the font in your profile/settings to "small", then when you view the main discussion forum page, all of the text appears the same, rather than showing the boards with unread messages as "unvisited links". I use Firefox, but the same thing happens with IE.
