Bug report summary should display "Steps to Reproduce"

Hi forum users,

It is quite nice to be able to view and follow my past bug request cases in page https://www.ni.com/my-support/s/service-requests.

However, something is missing: the steps to reproduce!

Sometimes it is where I put a link to a corresponding forum post so I don't need to restate all the steps.

In the following example, the link I put in the "Steps to reproduce" when submitting the request is not displayed, preventing me from quickly navigating to my forum post:

It would be great to have all 3 fields summarized here (Subject, Description AND Steps to reproduce).
