I have not been receiving my notification emails (noreply@ni.com) on checking I found my company's SPAM filtering service is blocking them and will not release them because there is an issue with their SPF record.
Here is what our IT department sent me about this issue.
It looks like there is an issue with their SPF record and this is why their email is being blocked.
SPF is a way of identifying the servers that are allowed to send email on behalf of an organization. Their record basically tells our mail servers that these are the IP addresses they send from and if you receive a message that is not from one of these IP addresses then it is fraudulent and should not be accepted.
The IP address of the server sending this email does not match any of the IP addresses they have listed for their SPF record.
In order to unblock email being sent from their company someone on their end will need to update their SPF record. Is there someone that you could reach out to and send this info to so they can update this record?
Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do on our end to prevent these from being blocked. r r

They are using IPV6 and Gmail identifies them as "SOFTFAIL" for SPF.
It should typically be accepted by that metric.

I don't think FireEye has a "soft fail".
If the originating IP is not listed in their SPF record FireEye hard fails it.
Oh and this is IPV4 208.74.204.5 being the IP that is not in their SPF record.
