To become an Active Participant, "participate actively" (which means be "active" in the Community, typically by asking questions or providing (helpful) input to other posts.

You currently have 34 posts. You need to make 200 (?) contributions to become an active participant. Don't worry about it, because the rank is not very important. Anyone can write 200 meaningless posts. Just continue to participate and things will come automatically.
