New auto-logout? Anyone else?

Thanks for clarifying.

There are a lot of factors at play here from platform (inactivity time setting, sign-in cookies, cookie expirations) to user environment (browser cookies). I've been capturing the info here as well as performing some of my own tests. I can then present these data points to Lithium and we can get clarity on what exactly is expected here and what is causing the issue.

In comparison, I never get logged out on the desktop, even on a PC that I haven't visited in a day or more.

The logout problem on mobile no longer happens as of late yesterday. Seems they fixed something... 😄

I was logged out again between Friday 8 PM and Saturday 11:50 AM.

For me, the problem started again yesterday on mobile. Whenever I come back after a few hours and refresh the page, I am no longer logged in.

This is still an ongoing problem. I am getting kicked out on mobile at least five times per day.
