Non-operating icons in the upper ribbon

I have just noted that the highlighted icons in the upper ribbon of the forum pages simply do nothing:

I have seen this happening in the following pages:

• Individual discussion details
• Forum board general page (list of discussions)
• "Most active software boards"
• Notification feed page
• The message composition page

The URL shown at the bottom when hovering on those icons is just the page url with postponed '#' (e.g. the url of the CVI board is "http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabWindows-CVI/bd-p/180"; the one associated to those icons is "http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabWindows-CVI/bd-p/180#")

Using Chrome  90.0.4430.85 (64 bit) on Win10 Pro
