Offline Download Page Error

I can't get the Offline Download option to work for NI software.  Here is one toolkit I've been trying to download:

ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit Download - NI

From here I click Individual Offline Installers, then click Download and I get a Page Error.  This is on Edge, and Chrome in Windows 10.  I've tried while not logged in and logged it, as well as older versions.  Thanks.

Worked just fine for me.  But I'm using Firefox 78.10.1esr.

Operator error.  After clicking the offline link it shows you the thing to download, and at that point you need to select the thing to download and then press Download.  For me it defaulted to selecting nothing, but still let you click Download.
