Page stalls

Several times today, a page failed to load and after many seconds, I did a refresh and it worked.

Whenever it stalls, it seems to be waiting for something:

Was on chrome and mostly when I tried to post a reply, IRRC.

I have come to complain about the excessive stalling on the NI Forums web page.

It has happened for several months for me now. It stalls out by clicking on any random forum post or returning to the starting forum page. I have a 70/30 chance of getting there or staring at a blank page forever. I have left it in the "loading" state for minutes at a time and the page never gets displayed. (Coffee breaks, bathroom breaks...)

I have to press the "Stop loading" button and then refresh button before the page loads. When reloading, the page comes up immediately. (approx 1 to 2 seconds) The second attempt to load the page has always worked.

I am using Firefox ver 110.0.  I have went through at least one version change, maybe more, and they have all have had the same stalling problem.

IIRC, I have duplicated the same problem with Edge as well. (not 100% sure about this... I very rarely use Edge. Mostly by accident)

I do not have Chrome installed on this PC. (that I know of)

Please, please fix this.

I have seen the same problem several times: waiting relatively long for just a blank page, but on hitting the reload button the page it appears within 1-2s!

I guess I noticed this behaviour last week…

It has be a lot longer than just last week for me.

I should probably mentioned that I use an add blocker (uBlock Origin).  No, I haven't tried disabling the ad blocker yet.

The problem is back with a vengeance!

Most of the time, the page stalls forever when trying to post a reply and reloading gives me a flooding error. However, if I look at the thread, the post has actually posted.

When trying to paste a picture, I get a forever "updating media..."

(need to save in paint, the use the insert tool as done above now.)
