Read Message Broken

[Hooovahh]

If I go to my messages, and click on any message I get a huge page of text.  Here is my inbox.

If I click on any other message I get this:

I copied the text into a new file and it is a 5MB file.  I can share it with NI if they'd like but it likely contains sensitive data and I don't want to post the whole file here.  This is in Chrome on Windows 10.  I also tried it from an incognito window and a fresh login and it behaves the same.  Oh and the URL of the new broken page is this:
