Hello
I use an old FP1000-Module. Is this Module supported by Windwos10? Which Software do I have to install?
Thanks

I'm about to go through an upgrade process to get compact Fieldpoint controllers working on Win10 PC's. It is a very narrow window of compatibility.
Regular Fieldpoint is even older than compact Fieldpoint, so I don't know if this information will be valid for you.
The first LabVIEW version to support Windows 10 is LabVIEW 2015 SP1. (Note, some people have been able to install older LabVIEW versions, but officially they are not supported.) LabVIEW and Microsoft Windows Compatibility
The last version of Fieldpoint drivers is FP 15.5 https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/compatibility/17/archived--labview-rt-and-fieldpoint-con... also https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019KdASAU&l=en-US
I don't know whether FP 15.5 supports the FP-1000. Hopefully it does.
Hopefully this information helps and gives you a starting point. Please report back with how it works out for you.

RavensFan:
I just had to go through that same narrow window a few months ago for a cFP based system I deployed 12 years ago.
It all went well.

Hi AK2DM,
Glad windows 10 worked for you.
We are not having any luck with CFP / Windows 10.
Max cant even see the the CFP (Fieldpoint 15 / 15.5 software)
The same Fieldpoint 15 / 15.5 software works fine with Windows 7.
Is there anything standout you did to get it working?

HI Bob:
I had no issue that I can recall. I used FP v15.5 and LabVIEW 2015SP1 in WIn10. I had to use a static IP all along (in Win7 and 10) since our network would kick out the DHCP address every 30 days due to security policies in place.
Could there be additional networking/firewall security/policy settings for Win10 in your company?

Hi AK2DM,
Many thanks for the reply, so glad to hear it can work OK.
Will follow up on the permissions / policy / restrictions suggestion.
