Fieldpoint serial port communication?

Yes, it is possible.  We are using USB to RS232 and RS422/485 devices and all is working very well.  We are running a total of 8 serial ports (some of them with short haul RS422/485 modems added) over two USB ports.  NI makes several units in single, four and eight port configurations.  Here is the link to their selection.
