LabVIEW Web Service examble

Hello,

I would like to explore and learn something about LabVIEW Web Service.

Unfortunately I can't get the example to work.

i did 1-5, From what I understand, the example should already work, right?

It's definitely due to my ignorance, Does anyone have a hint for me?
