1) What applications do you see LabVIEW and GPUs being a fit?
OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography), Medical Imaging Processing.
2) What experience do you have with LabVIEW and GPU programming?
Advanced LabView and LabView FPGAs. No experience on GPU
3) What applications have you put together that use LabVIEW and GPUs?
None yet
4) What applications do you see GPUs being integral to solving?
Medical Imaging. Mostly FFT and complex FFTs

We use FPGAs to offload computationally intensive yet parallelizable tasks. Initially we looked at the GPU interface as well and decided that since we cannot graphically program the GPUs directly from LabVIEW (i.e. we had to learn CUDA) we stuck with FPGAs. With FPGAs we did not have to learn VHDL. The applications are mainly monte carlo methods for financial valuations and risk analytics.

Dear:
I am dealing with an array computing, 1024X1024 and we need to calculate it for thousands time, it would take about 3 minutes to finish by CPU, I want to short the time by GPU, could you tell me how to fulfill by the existing LabVIEW GPU toolkit?
Thank you very much ,lookingforward to your reply...
