If you look at this page, you will find a selection of some of the latest digitizers. The 5124 can do 150Mhz and has a sampling rate of 200MS/s at a higher resolution. However, the 5152 can do 300Mhz and has a sampling rate of 2GS/s, but at a lower resolution. This one might be of more interest to you.
For arbitrary waveform generators, the PXI-5422 has a bandwidth of 80Mhz with 200MS/s sampling rate. The 5404 can generate a sine wave upto 100Mhz. These are still not as fast as you probably want.
Hope that helps a bit.

thanx for the reply.
see i had put my requirement. that i want 150 MHz of digitizer and one AFG. looking at the project requirement, i must havet to find such products which helps me to make a complete system.
the link which you had sent is really nice and helped me. can you please tell me from where i can get same kind of details for all products like AFG, DMM, Digitizer, Multifunction card, Power Supply.
please help me to get details.
thanking you once again

Here are the links for all the different products. Also, I just realized that we do have a high frequency sine wave generator. The PXI-5652 and 5651 can output sine waves at the radio frequency level.
Arbitrary Waveform Generators
Digital Multi Meters
Multifunction Data Acquisition
In general you can visit our website on Modular Instruments (www.ni.com/modularinstruments) to get information like this.
Hope that helped.

If you need more help on instruments like this, you could talk to a National Instruments Sales Representative. I could set this up for you offline if you would like.
