Initialization error with PCI-5122

Installed PCI-5122 on a Windows 2000 PC. Device appears normal in MAX. When I load the soft front panel, I get a box that says Auto Setup failed. After hitting OK, I get another error box that says there was an initialization error. The details of the messages are shown in two screenshots.

What version of NI-SCOPE are you using?  Also can you use the Device within the test panels, LabVIEW, or any other environment?

We're using version 2.8 of NI-SCOPE. We also have Lab View 7.0 installed. So far I've only tried to use the scope with its soft front panel - is there another way you know of?

This problem is gone thanks to the apparently unrelated fix with MAX. Thanks.
