PCI 5122 Hardware problem

Hi,
Here i was, acquiring data, everything was working well. 30 minutes later, i press Acquire again, and i get an error from my card:
 
Possible reason(s):
Error: (Hex 0xFFFC5A52) Error -239022 occurred:
Internal Hardware Error occurred in MIG hardware. Please contact National Instruments Support.
Elaboration: Component Name: nimxslu proxy

Status Code: -239022
 
I've shut my computer off and on, yet it persists.
Attached is the error i get when i do a self test.
 
What should i do?

Hi Labuda,

It’s more likely that you will have to RMA the card for repair, but let’s try a couple of things before doin that, to trouble shoot the 5122. The first step we should take is rebooting the computer which you already did. Second let’s change the 5122 to a different PCI slot on your computer, reboot and check if you still have the same issue. Third let’s update the NI-SCOPE driver to the latest version “NI-Scope 3.3.2”, click here for our drivers library. If after doing all this you still have the same error, click here for phone support, we will need the part, model and serial of the card to be able to process the return of the PCI-5122.

Hi,
I already tried putting it into a different PCI slot and installed the newest version . 3.4 of Ni-scope.
isn't 3.4 the newest version?

Before RMA'ing, do you get the same error in a different machine?  If you do, then you probably need to reinstall NI-SCOPE.  Alternatively, you can try repairing the NI-SCOPE installation.
