Sorry for the non-activity, I've been extremely busy for a lot of reasons and additionally was looking for a location where we could do meetings that wouldn't require a lot of hoop jumping/cost, especially since NI, to my knowledge, has largely stopped sponsoring user groups.
It looks like we might be able to host at SAIC's Huntsville HQ located in the Cummins research park. There is a large conference space that is readily accessible right by the lobby and which would not require non-SAIC/uncleared visitors to do anything other than sign in at the front desk. Additionally I can easily reserve it and it's free.
Food/drink, as many LUGs often have commonly running meetings over lunches, I will have to solve, possibly I can get NI to sponsor that portion.
Would anyone care to weigh in on this as far as location goes, does that sound like something that will work for y'all?
