Andor luca is not shown in interface of NI-MAX

Good morning guys,

I have the following problem:
The camera is not displayed in the NI interface.

It's available:
- Andor Luca (recognized by PC, the camera is compatible with Labview) connected with USB Port
- Andor Solis Aquisition Software (after the installation I copied the SIFReaderSDK with LabViewSIFReaderVI into the folder Labview)
-Labview (with the Vision Aquisition Software)

Do I need anthor program of LabView?

Hi Band,

did the NI NI-IMAQdx driver get installed along with the Vision Acquisition Software? You can see that in the Software Section of your Measurement and Automation Explorer...

Hi NikoNR,

yes I have the NI-IMAQdx driver. First I had the VAS Version 2009 , there the folder NI-IMAQdx was shown. But when I updated to the Version 2016, not more. But now I have the the webCam there, which was shown in the Folder NI-IMAQdx, when I had the Version 2009.

No, I didn't have a look on this document, because i don't have USB 3.0 on my Laptop.

I had a look a bit more deeply into the question but didn't get anywhere. Could you upload you MAX Report? Parhaps I find something that is missing...
