I assume this is in relation to another forum post. Normally we try to keep one issue per thread in case other customers encounter similar issues.
As far as your specific questions, they sound very specific to the HMR device rather than interfacing with the NI hardware in your system. It might be best moving forward to follow up with the HMR manufacturer to see what the values you are getting indicate.
