HP 4155A High voltage detected error

Hello.

I have a question about the CAUTION in HP 4155A instrument.

We have a problem to control the instrument because of the error in the picture below.

Before the error occurs we used the instrument well by GPIB0 communication.

Can you perform the same task manually?

Yikes, that's not an operation error but an SMU error from the calibration/diagnosis page.  I expect it appears even if you cycle the power?

Looks like the SMU has been damaged and needs repair.  You should contact Keysight for support.

Yes, it appeared right after when I turn on the power.
