The interface is operating other equipment are shown and oscilloscope TDS784D shows the configuration of the BUS OFF ?

The menu NI also do not see the oscilloscope.

Sounds like you need to go into the menus on the scope and turn on the GPIB bus and make sure it has a different address than any of your other instruments.

If the scope says the GPIB is off, then it is a scope setting that should be changed. This is from the Utility menu. Please refer to the manual.

1. Sorry but I do not need help here "look in the manual"

2. The manual says nothing about this, exactly -unfortunately.

3. I suppose that the problem may lie in the compatibility of interfaces and the advanced settings.

If you can't be bothered to read the manual, then no one here is going to do it for you, because it isn't our problem. It is YOUR problem. You had better get that through your head fast.

Oh, and your #2 is WRONG.

That's what this forum is?

I want to know if anyone had a similar case.

And I .... (you know where), type text find yourself in a statement.
If you were to issue described in the manual that I would have found him.

Understand?

It's clear that you have NOT read the manual. Page 3-136 to be specific. Of course you have to read the correct manual. The one called 'User Manual' is what you need. Nothing at all to do with NI hardware or software. Strictly a scope problem as previously mentioned a couple of times. Understand?

Translate that into English, please. Without trying to sound like a smart a**, that last sentence sounds like something from Yoda.

Can people assume you've fixed your problem now that you've been told where to look in the manual?
