You see the FW version at startup at channel C.

I don't think that is a problem.

Another question did you install the USB TMC driver from Yokogawa ?

No. I didn't install any driver from Yokogawa. The only thing that I've installed is the Yokogawa Wt300 Instrument Driver from:

Ok, that could be the problem. Install the attached USB driver.

I've installed the USB driver but after installation (and reboot) WT devices don't work anymore (not even used individually)  o_O

Maybe there is still another USB driver active. The one you used up to now.

Try to find it and uninstall the USB driver(s) including the Yokogawa driver and reinstall the Yokogawa driver (after restart)

Should I uninstall all my USB Controller drivers? I have more than 10 items in the device manager -> USB Controller

No. you are looking at the hardware. Look in your installed programs list to find the USB drivers. You will also find the Yokogawa driver in this list.

Here is what I've done

  • At the beginning (when WT devices worked one at time and I wrote the first post), there was no Yokogawa sofware and drivers installed on the PC in use. MAX was working properly without Yokogawa drivers (one device at time.).
  • I've installed the USB drivers you linked and MAX does not recognize WT devices anymore
  • I've uninstalled the USB driver you linked and MAX has re-started working (one device at time)
  • I've installed the Yokogawa software and driver (included in the products' CD ROM) and MAX has stopped working. In this case, Yokogawa WT viewer works properly but one device at time.
  • I've uninstalled the Yokogawa driver and installed USB drivers you linked and MAX doesn't work
  • Uninstalled again USB driver and MAX has re-started working.

It seems that when Tohogawa USB driver are installed, MAX does not recognize WT instruments.

In the meantime, I've received an update from Yokogawa support.

They've written:

Connection of 2 or more WT Yokogawa to one PC is possibile only if WT products have the same model.

So, why does your MAX show WT310 and 330 together?
