Are you using a National Instruments gpib card or something else?

Hardware:  USB-GPIB cable, 82357B     (Agilent Technologies)

                   33220A                                 (Agilent Technologies)

Software:    Lab View                               (NI)

 

And I see in Agilent IO control, USB-GPIB did configured as a seperate tree and 33220A showed below. Probably MAX configured hardware wrong(But I already reinstalled MAX several times and it always showed in this way).

 

Do you know what should I do?
