Merci d'avance.

thank you for you answer.
Well, on the page of national instrument, there are two types of GPIB USB. The cheapest one is the one having the analyser. I think I am going to buy it but I am afraid it will not be working like the one I have without the analizer.
The power requirement for the GPIB HS ( without analizer) is 5 V.
thanks

Beacause it was the cheapest and have the analyzer, I was afraid it will not be working like the other!
I wonder why it is the case though!
Thank you 🙂

The GPIB-USB-HS+ is the newer and better product. The GPIB-USB-HS is still available for people who need if for their existing applications, but all new users should choose the GPIB-USB-HS+. An example where someone would want the GPIB-USB-HS is if they have to continue using an older driver on their systems, which cannot support the GPIB-USB-HS+.
The GPIB-USB-HS+ should be fully compatible with the GPIB-USB-HS, but with somewhat better performance, smaller size, and the included GPIB analyzer.
As Dennis mentioned, most people will not need the GPIB Analyzer functionality. By including it for all USB customers, you no longer have to decide at the time of purchase whether you will need it. Often you do not know you need it until during a support request you will be asked if you have one!
