useing an old keithely 576

i have just used an old keithely 576 as aMesurment system.

All you need to use is a GPIB-usb converter and send commends as describe in the 576 manual. If a high resolution voltage is needed it is possible to use the thermocouple input.

Dear RavensFan. There is no information on the Web about using the Keithley 576. It took me awhile but I succeeded at the end. If at the begining I'd read abut somone the did it before I would have contacted him. That is all the idea abut sharing. The label is DA Q hardware so what is the problem?

This board is for suggesting improvements to NI's Data Acquisition hardware and software.  This type of "here's how I did something with this instrument" belongs in the Instrument Control (GPIB, Serial, VISA, IVI) board.  I'll ask the moderator to move this over there.
