where to find ivi.h documentation

Hello everybody!

I have a trivial question: where to find ivi.h documentation. Whats really interest me is function descriptions, what they are doing and what parameters are passed. I search everywhere so this is last place where I can find some help. I have only header file and library. What is funny to other ivi class headers like iviSwitch I have full documentation in fp file. For ivi.h there is a problem.

Of course I checked, there are only specifications for instrument classes like IviScope, IviSwtch. I cannot find any specification just for IVI.

Don't take it wrong but I'm not an idiot. You understood me wrong. I am working with ivi library and I have included to my project ivi.h header. You just sent me this header. What I need is descprition of functions inside this header, for example what is doing this function Ivi_BuildChannelTable etc.

Well, you aren't going to find it here.

ivifoundation.org is where it is at.

apparently you are working in LabWindows/CVI, ask this question there

Hi Tomek!

There is a Windows-file based IVI Help that installs with our packages, and has detailed description of every function. You can find it on you machine in the Program Files\National Instruments\IVI\Help folder (or Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\IVI\Help) id you have a 64-bit system.
