JSONText lvproj has Missing dependencies after install

JSONtext v1.6.9.111

LabVIEW 2017

VI Package Manager 2019.0.0

After installing JSONText, I browse to the install location and open the JSONtext.lvproj and found a number of missing dependencies.

CAUTION! New LabVIEW adopters -- it's too late for me, but you *can* save yourself. The new subscription policy for LabVIEW puts NI's hand in your wallet for the rest of your working life. Are you sure you're *that* dedicated to LabVIEW? (Check out this lengthy post of mostly complaints)

That project is what I use to develop.  You shouldn't be using it at all (I should probably excude it from teh VIPM package).   Just ignore it.
