Palette displayed off screen with 2 monitors

I am using 2 monitors, one horizontal and one vertical. The main monitor is the vertical one. It seems that the decision, if the palette can be displayed above below the point you click, is based on either the first screen or the total desktop area. It would be a good idea to use the actual screen the cursor is in.
