Socket Communication - VI stopped during sockets server running

Hello.

I'm trying to create a socket server on Labview to comunicate with a PLC.
I can create a conection and exchange bytes betewen PLC and Labview, but when the server is not exchanging data, the vi does anything.
In the vi I put a button to turn on the lamp, and until the "start listening" button is off, I can turn on and off the lamp, but when I turn on the "start listenning" button the lamp can't be switched.
There are some way to use socket comunication and continue controling the rest of vi?

This forum is for LabVIEW Communications System Design suite, which is different from LabVIEW. It appears that this questions should be posted on the main LabVIEW forum here: https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/bd-p/170. 

If you are using LabVIEW Communications, please post a .gvi file so we can troubleshoot.
