What is different 'suite' and 'software'

I saw 'comms system design suite' and 'comms system design software' in NI license manager.

also, they are in homepage.

but i don't know what is different.

LabVIEW Communcation System Design software allows usage of host based development, focusing on LabVIEW development and USRP.

LabVIEW Communications System Design Suite gives you LCSD Software plus the ability to develop FPGA code and work with FPGA targets such as the USRP RIO and FlexRIO.
