cRIO_ System Status: No Software installed (cRIO 9082)

Hi Community,

I recently started using an old chassis that we have but the controller has no software on it apparently . the only option based on the link below is CD drive that I dont have I have no idea where to find.

Restore the Operating System of Legacy PXI, VXI, cRIO-908x, and cDAQ-913x Controllers - NI

   

NI gives me only a flash drive for BIOS update/installation

I also have three questions:

1- what is the difference between Remote Device and VISA System in creating new remote system?

 

2- even by having my cRIO connected what I should to do extra to see my Modules such as (NI 9211) that I have already mounted on the chassis.

3- I installed almost all software but I really dont see LabVIEW Real-Time Module specifically. is it the same as Real time tracing view?
