VI Package Manager could not download packge from remote server?

For the last two days I keep getting the "VI Package Manager could not download packge from remote server" error.  Has any body else had trouble using VI package Manager.?  Any suggestion on how to fix this problem or on how to dowload LIFA directly from National INstruments?

After rummaging through a bunch of sites I found a link to a download site for LIFA.  See:

A short way down the page it says "If you require a direct download, you can access the VIP or OGP file from our FTP directory here. We recommend the VIP or OGP file with the highest version number or most recently modified date.".

i am just dowanload labview 2014.and arduino toolkit is not dowanload plz replay back.

LIFA is outdated and has been replaced by LINX.  You can download LINX via VIPM.  For information and support for linx, visit the official website:  http://www.labviewhacker.com/linx.
