Xbee Connection Problem with Arduino and LabVIEW

Hello Groups;

I am gonna try control sero motors and brushless motors with Labview and Arduino.

But, if I try to connect with xbee, connection  always is failed.

I don't undestand anything what I am doing?

So I struggle with this problem. Anyone can help me?
