Unfortunately I'm not too familiar with this toolbox, have you been able to find this for earlier versions of LabVIEW? It also might be worth reaching out to their support team, to see if they know if one exists!

on site NI.com  was a toolkit for a matrix, but it was deleted

That seems odd that you were able to get it in the past, but not anymore. When were you last able to download this? Have you reached out to Modern Robotics to see if they have anything available on their end?

right here  asked the same question, but the link that was given there is no longer active, for other versions looked at the site ni.com but also found nothing
