103 Invalid separator on Tektronix AFG3101

Hello,

I'm trying to load an arbitrary waveform from an array on my Tektronix AFG3101 but I get the error message: <ERR> tkafg3k Error Query;
instrument reports: -103,"Invalid separator; invalid message unit separator - :DATA EMEM, #3256\00\00&8\00\00"
0,"No error".

I'm communicating with the function generator through an USB cable and other functions like configure arbitrary waveform work well.

The array is created with a Matlab script and has the following form:

I'd guess that at least one of the commands you are sending is formatted incorrectly.
