-200714 Error in analog input read function

Hi All,

Greetings and Wishes....

                  I am facing issue RT system application. Actually, i am iterating analog input read, Matlab model and analog output write in a timed loop at 300u sec. At that time, once in a while i am getting -200714 Error in analog Input read function. I am using single point acquisition method. Totally 64 analog input channels and 64 analog output channels.Sampling rate is 3K. Can anyone help me to solve that issue?

My RT System configuration:

1) Chassis - NI PXI-1045

2) Controller - NI PXI -8108

3) Analog input card - NI PXI 6255 Nos-1

4) Analog output card - NI PXI 6723 Nos-2

5) Analog Output card - NI PXI 6733 Nos-1

Are you using a Windows based computer as the Host for this application?

If so, then probably the RT aquisition and the communication to Host are not in sync with each other. The RT is trying to communicate with the Host at a rate that Windows based Host cannot acquire. Therefore, I suggest you to either reduce your sample clock rate, the number of channels in the task, or the number of programs your computer is executing concurrently.

Even if it is any other OS based host, the same concept shall apply. Try varying the above mentioned parameters and see if the issue is resolved.
