I point the problem to the ( 3D_Plot.lvclass.graph Update.vi).
Can someone confirm this?

I suspect the issue is that autoscale is still enabled. I "recreated" your issue until I turned autoscaling off.

I made sure that was the case.
Maybe I'm missing an update.
I'll run the updater and see.
