I'm looking for RoHS declaration document for:

779205-01

Do you know if this product is fully RoHS compliant? Do it have any exemption -  if yes - which one?

As products may be redesigned in the course of their product life cycle, there is generally not a globally valid statement for any of them. Design changes may be to reduce environmental impact of components used in the product, but in some cases may also be required because of discontinuation of components. As such there is always a chance that any change may actually have a negative effect on the environmental impact.

Conclusive answer for any specific product is therefore dependent on factors like what revision the product is, and such information would have to be obtained either from pre-sales inquiries or from the actual marking on the product.
